Woman Pursues ‘Forest Elf’ Look, Transforms with Barbie Nose and Cat Eyes in Radical New Procedure

It’s no secret that many celebrities have turned to plastic surgery to enhance their looks—some opting for Botox, while others completely transform their bodies. One such individual is Mary Magdalene.

Hailing from Toronto, Canada, Mary became well-known for her bold choices in cosmetic procedures. Over the years, she’s reportedly spent tens of thousands of dollars on plastic surgery, undergoing a dramatic transformation that has reshaped her face and body.

Now, Mary has unveiled her latest procedure, which includes a striking “Barbie face” and “cat eyes,” showcasing her continuous journey of personal reinvention.

We all strive to be the best version of ourselves, and for many, that also means feeling good about how we look—whatever that may mean to us individually. For some, it’s about experimenting with new outfits, skincare routines, beauty regimens, or committing to healthier eating and exercise to boost confidence.

However, for others, these efforts aren’t enough. Plastic surgery has evolved over the years, teaching us that it’s not necessarily about radically altering one’s appearance, as was once assumed.

For individuals like Mary Magdalene, plastic surgery is less about drastic change and more about feeling comfortable and confident in one’s own skin.

Ultimately, we all deserve the freedom to choose what makes us feel good about ourselves, as long as it doesn’t pose harm to our health. After all, our bodies are ours to do with as we please.

Of course, some take it a step further—transforming their appearance entirely in pursuit of a personal vision.

One such individual making waves is Mary Magdalene, 25, from Toronto, Canada. She shot to internet fame after beginning her plastic surgery journey. At just 21 years old, she underwent her first procedure.

As reported by The Sun, Mary has since undergone numerous surgeries, and she shares her transformation openly with her followers on Instagram. She describes her “new face” as resembling a “forest fairy elf,” reflecting her desire for a unique, ethereal look.

So, how did it all begin?

Mary’s journey started at the age of 17 when she worked as an exotic dancer. Her first surgery was a breast augmentation, and in an interview with XX, she revealed that she was always drawn to the “fake bimbo look” and loved the idea of enhancing her features.

Mary Magdalene’s business rapidly grew over the years, making her a well-known figure on Instagram, where she once had over 300,000 followers. However, after her account was suspended, she now maintains a following of nearly 70,000. During the pandemic, Mary transitioned to becoming a full-time virtual exotic dancer, charging around $110 for a five-minute session.

Her virtual business boomed, with up to 50 sessions booked each week, attracting a diverse clientele of both men and women ranging in age from 20 to 80.

“I do a chat and an [exotic dance], although sometimes I’m just a therapist. Some people just love having someone to talk to,” Mary Magdalene shared with Unilad. “I get all sorts of different requests. Some people just want to see me eat, twerk, or try on clothes. I also get foot fetishists – I’ve even had people begging me to humiliate and insult them.”

What began with a single breast augmentation evolved into a much larger transformation for Mary. Over time, she covered her body in tattoos and underwent numerous surgeries to reshape her appearance.

Her breast size is now a 38J cup, achieved with 5,000cc expanders. In total, Mary has had a brow lift, fat transfers, three Brazilian butt lifts, multiple nose jobs, several breast augmentations, liposuction, veneers, and butt injections.

According to The Sun, Mary Magdalene had to fly to Russia for her latest surgery, as the procedure was so extreme that it couldn’t be performed in the U.S.

Having spent over $100,000 on surgeries, many might assume that Mary has reached the peak of her transformation. However, she revealed that more procedures are still on the horizon. “Next week I have my eyebrow transplant, jaw, and lips booked. Then my face will be complete,” she captioned a photo, sharing her upcoming plans with The Sun in early February.

Plastic surgery isn’t a new concept—it has been available to the public for decades. We mostly hear about it when celebrities undergo procedures or botox injections. High-profile figures like Simon Cowell and Courteney Cox have openly discussed their cosmetic work.

One thing that’s clear is that plastic surgery isn’t cheap. For most people, it requires significant savings to afford injections or surgeries. And for Mary Magdalene, her extensive transformation has indeed come at a high cost.

According to Unilad, Toronto native Mary Magdalene has spent over $100,000 on her surgeries. Some doctors have even turned her away, citing the sheer number of procedures she has already undergone.

“The doctors think I don’t need any more surgeries but respect the fact that I have my own unique aesthetic and are open to helping me achieve my goals,” she explained.

While plastic surgery can dramatically alter one’s appearance, it also carries significant risks. Over the years, there have been numerous examples of surgeries gone wrong, and Mary Magdalene experienced a close call herself.

Mary wanted to achieve what she called the “fattest vgina in the world.” To do this, surgeons transferred fat from other parts of her body and injected it into her vgina. However, things went awry. Her left side continued to grow, causing an excess of scar tissue. She required two blood transfusions to survive.

Mary Magdalene underwent v*gina reduction surgery to save her life. As she recounted on the No Jumper podcast: “I custom-designed it, so I have the fattest in the world. I almost died during [the] procedure. The doctor said I was losing so much blood and turning very pale. He thought I was going to die.”

She continued, “I felt nauseous for a whole week, and I thought I was dying and had a bad allergic reaction to the new blood I received from the transfusion.”

Miraculously, Mary survived the ordeal, but that didn’t stop her from continuing her body transformation with more surgeries.

Her appearance continues to draw attention when she’s out in public. “I get a lot of dirty looks and have literally caused car accidents. I often have people stop me on the street begging for my number and desperate to give me money. The wives and girlfriends try to distract their boyfriends and husbands when I walk by because they are jealous. They will stare at [my body] and get turned on,” she shared.

Despite the attention, Mary doesn’t mind. “They always find a way to stare at me anyway. There have been times where they secretly slipped me their number before. I thought it was hilarious.”

Earlier in February, Mary posted a new photo on Instagram after a recent nose surgery. Her face was swollen and wrapped in bandages, but she still felt positive about the results, calling her look a “forest fairy elf.”

“My top tip is still not f***ing moving at all from the surgery!” she said in a short video. “It’s still swollen from the nose surgery, so even talking is weird.”

Despite the swelling, Mary was happy with the outcome. “It’s a very fake-looking Barbie nose, which is exactly what I asked for, and so many surgeons said it was not possible for me to have this type of nose because of my three prior nose jobs.”

Looking back, it’s clear that Mary Magdalene is unable to stop herself from undergoing surgeries. But has it all been worth it?

“I am optimistic,” she said.

At 25 years old, Mary acknowledges the changes her surgeries have brought, some of which are more challenging than others. She can no longer drink from a straw, and her oversized lips have made it impossible for her to whistle.

“Another negative are the complications from my v*gina surgery, but I am optimistic that it will get repaired,” she explained, adding that despite the drawbacks, there are positives to her decisions as well.

“The biggest positive is my [love] life; my oversized body parts make everything way more fun, and my surgeries, in general, have just become great for my business and brand.”

Despite the attention and money that come from her work, Mary Magdalene says that getting into a serious relationship can be challenging due to the way she looks.

“Dating isn’t easy because they get controlling and insecure about my Instagram and my website. They hate other men seeing my [hot] pictures, and they wish I wore more clothes out in public because it is too chaotic,” she shared.

Plastic surgery is a deeply personal decision, and while it can empower some individuals and boost their confidence, it’s not without its challenges. What do you think about plastic surgery? Share your thoughts in the comment section, and don’t forget to share this article on Facebook!
